Elegant carved watermelon filled and surrounded by fresh berries for a refreshing fruit display.

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Fruit

01 - 1 large seedless watermelon, ripe and firm

→ Berries & Accents

02 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
03 - 1 cup fresh blueberries
04 - 1 cup fresh raspberries
05 - 1 cup fresh blackberries
06 - Fresh mint leaves for garnish

→ Optional Additions

07 - 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
08 - 1 cup pineapple chunks
09 - 1 lime, sliced for garnish

# How to Make:

01 - Wash all fruit thoroughly under cool running water and pat dry with paper towels.
02 - Cut a thin slice off the bottom of the watermelon to create a flat, stable base on your serving board.
03 - Slice off the top third of the watermelon lengthwise to open the fruit and create a boat-like vessel.
04 - Using a melon baller or sturdy spoon, scoop out the watermelon flesh carefully, reserving the removed portions in a bowl. Leave approximately 1 inch of flesh attached to the rind to maintain structural integrity.
05 - Return the scooped watermelon balls or chunks to the hollowed shell, mixing them with half of the prepared berries in an attractive arrangement.
06 - Position the filled watermelon carving on a large serving board, then artfully arrange the remaining berries and optional fruits around the carved watermelon.
07 - Top with fresh mint leaves and lime slices for visual appeal and aromatic enhancement.
08 - Serve immediately while chilled, or refrigerate until ready to present to guests.
